Back to SpaceGym
How it works
A deeper explanation of what to expect (still no “signup wall” — just clarity).
The core loop
- Start a session → pick a program day or a workout template.
- Log sets quickly → reps, weight, and optional effort (RPE).
- Finish → SpaceGym saves locally, computes session insights, and keeps your history tidy.
Challenge programs
- 100 Push-Ups — 6 weeks of guided sets + periodic re-tests to keep you on track.
- 25 Pull-Ups — 6 weeks with progression gates and a final test.
- 200 Abs — 6 weeks focusing on volume consistency.
- 200 Squats — 6 weeks building capacity and routine.
- 30 Minutes Run — 9-week run/walk plan to reach a continuous 30-minute run.
These are real in-app programs. Future versions will add more customization and smarter progression.
Offline-first by design
- No connection required to start or finish a session.
- Your logs are written locally; the app is built to be reliable in gyms with bad reception.
Backups (for testing & safety)
- Export/import flows exist so beta testing doesn’t risk losing training history.
What’s coming next (high level)
- Program Builder — a “help me build a program” flow that generates a plan based on your profile.
- Rotation Engine — progress checks + suggested exercise swaps when you stall.
- Wearables — more live signals (HR, steps/distance) during training with graceful fallbacks.
