Offline-first logging Start, log, finish — even in airplane mode.
Programs + progress Plans, history, trends, and smarter nudges over time.

What SpaceGym does

A focused toolkit for strength training — designed for the chaos of real life.

  • Workout logging (offline-first): Track exercises, sets, reps, weight, and effort (RPE). Your session continues even with no connection.
  • Session insights: Per-session volume, personal-record flags, streak logic, and quick stats computed locally.
  • History & trends: A clean way to review training frequency and progress over the last month.
  • Programs: Start real challenge programs (100 push-ups, 25 pull-ups, 200 abs, 200 squats, 30-minute run), and grow into custom program building.
  • Backups & field testing: Export/import flows so gym testing is safe and data can be recovered.
  • Wearables roadmap: Live heart-rate + distance/steps during workouts, with graceful fallbacks.
