These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SpaceGYM Workout Tracker (“SpaceGym”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using SpaceGym, you agree to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceGym and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, health outcomes, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpaceGym and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
